Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygienic reasons, certain products (such as opened treats or grooming items) may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Process of Refunds
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions & Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
